Welcome to Beelotted

Beelotted was founded in 2017, I had come to the point in my life where I needed a project for my own sanity. Sadly I couldn't afford a horse so I decided I would try my hand at being a Bee Keeper. I did ask my local apiary if they wanted a 36 year old apprentice to which they said no! But they did put me in contact with my Bee friends, Paul and Valarie. My Bee oracles, they have been keeping bees for around for around 74 years on and off. I really don't think I could have found better mentors. And to top it off they gave me my first colony of Bees, thats love!

As a result of my new hobby I had an abundance of Bees Wax and Honey. I started looking at things I could make from the wax. My kitchen became my Bee apothecary. I started making lotion bars, whipped moisturiser and sandwich wraps. My family and friends became my product testers. I love my hobby my lovely ladies (my bees) are amazing, they are mesmerising to watch and fascinating to learn about it.
